From Fundão to Candonga

Along the mud wave path, half of it- about 20 million cubic meters – spread along channels, riverbanks and flood plains of watercourses to the Risoleta Neves hydroelectric power plant, 113 km away from the Fundão. An estimated 10.5 million cubic meters were deposited at the bottom of the plant’s reservoir.
