An opportunity to train professionals for the job market

 

The Renova Foundation is launching two programs aimed at the development and insertion of young people in the job market: The Internship Program, which will cover towns in Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo, and the Young Professionals Program, which will start in the town of Mariana (MG). The goal is for students and recent graduates to increase their personal and professional development.

Internship Program

Created for undergraduate students, the Internship Program of the Renova Foundation offers participants practical learning, with long distance learning and face-to-face training, as well as a methodology for project development – an opportunity to transform theoretical knowledge into real results.

In 2019, we will have interns in Belo Horizonte, Mariana, Ipatinga, Governador Valadares and Resplendor in Minas Gerais, and Colatina and Linhares in Espirito Santo.

Enrollment is for students of the following courses: Business Administration, Engineering (Civil, Production, Forestry, Environmental), Law, Communication, Social Service, Anthropology, Social Sciences, Psychology, Tourism, History, Pedagogy, Agronomy, Biological Sciences, Economics, Geography, Oceanography, Nutrition and Nursing.

Young Professionals

To participate in the Young Professionals Program, you must reside in Mariana, be between 22 and 32 years old, graduated up to 3 years ago and have no registered work experience in your undergraduate field. In 2019, we will be joined by recently graduated young professionals in Administration, Agronomy, Anthropology, Architecture, Communication, Law, Economics, Civil Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Production Engineering, Journalism, History, Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Services and Tourism.

The program will include long-distance learning and face-to-face training, focusing on the development of technical and behavioral skills directed to the area of action of these young professionals.
