Integrity
Carrying out reparation in an integral and transparent manner are the Renova Foundation’s commitments to all its stakeholders: affected people,
employees, public entities and society as a whole.
In this sense, the Integrity value has existed since the Foundation was created, being reflected in our Bylaws through provisions on the role of Compliance Management in conducting anti-corruption policies and other compliance actions, currently organized in the Integrity Program.
The Integrity Program actively works to prevent, detect and correct acts of fraud and corruption and/or that are contrary to our
Code of Conduct, encouraging not only compliance with established standards and laws, but also raising awareness among all collaborating
parties about the importance of conducting all daily activities following the highest ethical standards.
In this space, learn more about the Integrity Program policies and guidelines.
