In cooperation with Civil Defense, 28 families were evacuated from Beira-Rio Avenue in Linhares (ES). Relocation to temporary housing is a precautionary measure based on the results of studies carried out by a specialized technical consulting firm, which pointed out structural risks in the barrier, built in 2015 to protect the Juparana Lagoon from the tailings of the Doce River. The families were informed, guided and will be assisted in all their needs and demands.
