For clearer communication

Good information is information that arrives and is understood. It is your right, especially if the issue is the reparation of the Doce River Basin. That is, the actions taken in your community and how they impact your life. The cool thing about being well informed is giving news of what is happening and having an opinion, knowing what we are dealing with. Talking about the reparation is quite challenging: there are many activities happening at the same time, in different places and with a lot of people involved. But this is our duty: to make clear and closer communication.

Therefore, from now on, our newspapers, radio programs, ISC bulletin boards and digital messages are simpler and more direct. Each of them was created to increase your chance of being well informed and being able to share with your family, friends and neighbors. And there’s more: to ask questions or send suggestions for topics to be addressed or participate in communication groups, write to the email comunicacao@fundacaorenova.org. Contact can also be made through the Call Center, 0800 031 2303, Contact Us. In addition to our channels, you can, if you prefer, go to the nearest ISC.

Discover our newsletters

Community newsletter: it is published every month, always with 4 pages, short texts and lots of images. Delivery is made by mail, to people’s homes, and also to places of great circulation. An important information: as of August, it will also circulate in video format, directly on your cell phone.

Moment of reparation: this is our radio program, which airs on the main stations in the city (link to radio stations), every Tuesday and Thursday. It has gained space for interviews, expert commentary, listener participation and reporting on what is happening around it.

ISC Murals: When you go to the Information and Service Center (ISC), notice a large picture on the wall. It’s filled with news about the reparation. The good thing is that you can take these papers home and share them with whoever you want.
