Local economy: watch how the Renova Foundation supports the economy of the affected areas

One of the action fronts of the Renova Foundation is stimulating the local economy in the municipalities affected by the collapse of the Fundão dam. The estimate is to generate, by 2020, over 6 thousand direct and indirect jobs through repair actions. For this purpose, the Develop the Doce River fund will finance R$ 40 million of working capital for micro and small entrepreneurs from Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo.
