URBAN PROJECT

After collecting the expectations and have them validated by the community, the conceptual urban project is initiated, which consists of the design of the new district and the definition of its size and approximate boundaries, besides the initial distribution of the streets, blocks and public facilities, such as school, health center, squares, churches and cemetery. It is at this stage that environmental and urban licensing takes place.
