The first National Festival of Garage Bands kicks off and will run until 01/26. The event is held by the Cultural and Folkloric Association of Povoacao and the Municipality of Linhares, through the municipal secretariat of Culture, Tourism, Sport and Recreation, with support of the Renova Foundation.
