Event brought together experts to discuss more sustainable and applicable solutions
Seeking to always work in a collaborative and efficient way, at the end of May, the Renova Foundation held a technical engineering meeting. The idea was to discuss alternatives and possibilities for water treatment and distribution in the Bento Rodrigues and Paracatu de Baixo (MG) resettlements.
Conducted by Marcos Rocha Vianna, a sanitation specialist in the area of water supply and treatment, the meeting was attended by representatives of the Autonomous Water Sanitation Service (SAAE) and the local authorities of Mariana (MG), as well as the technical team of the Renova Foundation. They discussed the most sustainable and applicable solutions for the resettlement of each municipality.
“This moment of discussion and exchange of knowledge that the Renova Foundation provided is, in fact, very important for evaluating and understanding the capacities and needs of each region”, says the professor.
