According to Alex Castro, engineering leader, the signing of the agreement will allow intersections, synergies and complementarities between the experiences and technical-scientific knowledge of both institutions. The association will provide technical training, courses, seminars and training for employees of Renova and employees of the local governments in the affected municipalities.

“ABES’s performance is immediate, however, on demand, according to the needs of each front of Renova. We hope to contribute to the improvement of basic sanitation and public health in these communities to, above all, leave a sustainable and greater legacy than the mere provision of financial resources. We want to promote a transformation of culture and quality of life in these localities,” he says.

The team of the Sanitation Program, of the socio-environmental area of Renova, embraces this agreement with the expectation of joining efforts and expertise for the presented challenge.
