CONSTRUCTION AND DELIVERY

In this phase are prioritized: earthworks, building roads, installation of water supply services, sewage collection, drainage, lighting and electricity. After construction of the collective areas, the boundaries of the lots are defined and the houses are build. As agreed with the affected population, houses are build according to an individualized project, reproducing the characteristics requested by each family. Delivery takes place soon after finalizing the construction.
